Us heading out on the trail
A burnt orange lizard we almost did some A&M justice to
A quick look at the hike and the beautiful West Virginia backcountry
Instead of staying at a designated camp area, we chose to make a new spot aside the stream, just off the trail in a nice patch of thick grass
Here are the dogs watching Rich fish, and us all enjoying the beautiful, clean water
Richard's fish, about a 17" rainbow trout
The lower falls at Hills Creek Falls; it rises 63 feet about the pool
We got up close and personal
Maybe a bit too personal, this was a fellow hiker who decided to take a dip in the falls (he didn't bring a swimsuit! We decided it was time to leave)
