Friday Night Events

We went to see WALL*E today. It was another Pixar hit I think, but not quite a good as Finding Nemo or Monsters, Inc. we concluded. But nonetheless, we still enbjoyed it very much. There was a fantastic love story and a great life lesson all tied into one great Johnny 5 movie. Remember that one? Me thinks that is where the story writers might have gotten their idea; same robot, different plot.


Afterwards, we treated ourselves to some good ol' Carlito's mexicana food and then off to DQ for some dessert. After that, off to the WildBean for some pure live youngster music. 3 bands all originating from WV played a number of their tunes for a few hours. To be honest, they were pretty good and all had a few originals that we liked. Both girls (lead singers) reminded us of another singer, but we couldn't quite pinpoint their voice.

Once we made it home to find our puppies eagerly awaiting our return, we played some ball and rough housed for a bit; until we noticed blood. Upon inspection, our findings were:
