Success!!!!!

God has finally shown us our new home. We were persistent in calling the owner who turns out to be a very nice, christian lady. She lives alone, close to the townhome that she's renting. We've been through the application process and are going to sign the lease this weekend. I went to meet her last week and she took me to lunch at The Olive Garden as we got to know each other. I am so excited about our new 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 story town home with a garage. Both sides of the home are going to be available at the end of June so we told some friends of ours about it. The owner moved them to the top of her list! She really wants tenants who will get along. So now we are going to know our neighbors too. We'll be moving all of our stuff about three weeks from now while Richard's parents are here visiting. Here are a few pictures of the outside.
