Turkey Day

We spent Paige's first Thanksgiving with friends in Charleston because of Richard's work schedule. We had a great time and enjoyed fantastic food, even fried turkey! Paige really liked getting to wear her turkey hat and bib for dinner. Thanks Gina and Dustin, and Alyssa too. The weather was wonderful that day as you can see by my sleeveless shirt.
She says... Don't even think about taking that food away from me.
Here she is learning how to do tricks like the puppies. At least Daddy was giving out different treats to her. I don't think those bottom teeth are ready for milkbones.
We managed to get our bags packed that evening, after we watched the Texas Aggies Beat the Hell Out of the texas longhorns. WHOOP! And then hit the road after some early morning Black Friday shopping. The trip went really well and we made it again in one shot of 18 hours. While on the road, we tallied up that Richard traveled 4700 miles in the month of November; Paige and I were along for the majority of them. We had a very busy, but fun, month. Richard will be done with interviews mid December. Then we should have a better idea about where we will be for the next 4 or 5 years. For now we are enjoying our first Christmas with baby girl and all the wonder in her eyes. Poor Paige is hearing more and more No's because of all the pretty decorations but she is learning fast.
