Teeth and Signs

I think I have neglected keeping you informed of Paige's developments. Some time back I posted that Paige still didn't have any teeth and the bottom two teeth popped through a day after that post, mid October. Her top two teeth will be soon to follow. She has learned to use them very well and loves scraping across apples as you can see.

 Paige doesn't like any bouncy seats; she wants to be able to move. She spends most of her time walking along couches and crawling after the dogs. Kaci loves to play with Paige and Baloo moves as soon as he sees her coming. When we returned from San Fran she had begun giving Mammy and Pappy kisses and has since done very well giving us sugars. Kisses are, of course, a lean with an open mouth.

One of the cutest things she does is a squished nose and sniffing in and out. She has done this before and just recently started doing it more often. She loves the attention when you sniff with her.

We are especially proud of her first sign. She has been very consistent with giving us the sign for 'more'. She just brings her hands together but she does expect more food when she does it. Last night she clapped her hands together over and over for Patty Cake for the first time. So I feel better that she knows the difference.  Here she is all dressed up for church and her first time in nursery. 

 She still knows how to pose. And you can just barely see her two teeth.
