DC Day 2 Sight Seeing

We got up and got ready for sight seeing in Washington DC. We passed out the Advil preparing for another day on our feet.
We took Trolley/Bus tour to see the city with plenty of information and have transportation to and from the Mall area.
First on our trip was the National Cathedral, Just beautiful!

At our stop to change buses, Pappy and Paige followed the sign for donuts.
We even got to take a River tour.
We fed the ducks and ducklings before we took off.
Cruisin'
Lincoln Monument and windy girl.
 Another beautiful bridge. :)
Lincoln and Washington Monuments, from the Riverside.
 U. S. Capitol from across the Mall
 Driving by the WWII Monument.
 Sweet Little girl crashed.
While changing buses again in front of the Willard Hotel we met a friend.
The workers told us they call him 'Will'.
He was such a cute squirrel and has distinguishing mark on his back. He was very hungry and even liked Paige's apple sauce. I squirted little drops for him.
And he let me pet his tail.
Then he practically jumped in my lap for more apple sauce. See me pointing my finger telling him to be patient.
 Pretty girl, Pretty hibiscus.
Back in the room playing Uno. We were shocked that after a little lesson on how to play Paige did very well on her own. She loved playing.
