Mammy and Pappy came to visit us and go to Washington DC. Richard had a Leadership Conference in mid May that the Hospital sends the Second Year Residents to in Washington. So we all decided to make a Family Vacation out of it. Paige was so excited when Mammy and Pappy got here she grabbed the closest shoes and put them on the wrong feet.

We went to the National Zoo on our first afternoon since it was within walking distance.
Although it seemed a lot closer on the map.

After walking through most of the Zoo we took the scenic route back to the hotel. We had to walk through this tunnel.

I LOVE IT! The Connecticut Street Bridge and Rock Creek Park.
