Creation Museum

We have heard great things about the Creation Museum near Cincinnati, Ohio. Since Richard had his last TIPS program in Chicago, Paige and I decided to tag along and visit this museum too. It really is amazing and an accurate look at history with a biblical standpoint.
Inside the Garden of Eden

 .
The museum exhibits were extremely interesting but not as much to a 4 year old. There were a few dark and scary areas for a small child but very representative of the Fall and our sinful nature. Richard and I loved all the archaeological and geological information proving and depicting the Flood. They did an excellent job of showing you how large Noah's Ark was, which they are actually constructing about 45 minutes south in Kentucky.  See the Ark Encounter here.
Learning about the dinosaurs before the flood.
The different ethnics groups are explained very well through the Tower of Babel story. And the most important part, that Jesus came and died for our sins, with a short film called the Second Adam.

I love that your tickets are good for 2 days, and children are free all 2014.
Enjoying the sunshine the next morning on the gardens on site.

 Beautiful view of God's creation

Paige really loved the Petting Zoo
 Especially this friendly chicken

 Feeding the birds
 and the goats

 Love this suspension bridge!
Beautiful area for a wallpaper pic.
Feeding the fish in their large pond
and the geese joined in quickly.
We enjoyed lunch on the patio over looking the pond and then hit the road to Chicago.
