As you can see we are really busy here at the Division of Highways. Since they started letting people work 4 -10 hour days, only about a 1/3 of the employees work Fridays. We got a few inches of snow mixed with rain last night so the snow stuck together really well. By 8am this morning a 'State Worker Snowman' was constructed. He was complete with Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Highlighter Nose, Binder Clip Ears and Mouth and of course, Ball Point pen for a Pipe.
